30 Handstand Pushups (2 mats under my head)

40 Pull ups

50 Dumbbell Swings (35#)

60 Sit ups

70 Burpees

Tough workout. Knocked out 10 kipping pull ups in a row on my first try and was pretty proud of myself. Went downhill after that. The last 10 or so were 1 at a time. Burpees usually don't bother me, but after all that, they were killer. Ran to and from Crossfit at nearly a half mile each way, so almost a mile running as well. May try to do that more often.

Omigosh, I am so impressed! 30 HSPUs! 10 pull ups in a row! 70 burpees *cry*. You rock! That's pretty cool that you can run to CrossFit.
