Cashout: 2 x 400 m sprints.

Haven't deadlifted in a while and my form was pretty bad so I had to go down to 95# even though I'd planned on doing like 115. The ring dips had already been set up with the blue band and I didn't need that much support. Meh workout. The sprints felt good though.
