Good running this week & working in 4 runs! Glad to see you push yourself a bit on your treadmill run. In looking at your long run, you were very consistent in your pace till the very end where your pace slowed for both your running and walking legs. You want to be able to push yourself at the end of a race to get to the finish line. So maybe you can start at a bit slower pace and then try to get to a steady pace & carry that pace through the end of your run. Keep up the good work & see you Tues.
