Notes

Did first 4 miles running to stay with group, then switched to Run/Walk from turn at Wilde Lake to WholeFoods and to end.

Easy pace for 1st 4 miles.

In run/walk portions, the runs were probably "too fast" -- was pushing the running pace sub 10:00 pace.

Probably need to slow that pace a bit more.
