lbs not so good.

Had to make some adjustments I think there were too many carbs in my breakfast. so switched to a different supplier, should know later this week if it's the cause.

The progress looks good.

Going to keep my head down with the low and slow for another 10 weeks.

then got the Westminster mile again on May 29th followed a week later by the Worthing 10k with Karen. (looking for 1mi and 10k pb's there) then hit the parkrun as hard as I can 11th 18th and 25th June.

or maybe not so hard on the 25th because it's the Bexhill 5k on the 29th but I think I'll still be a little way off going for a pb there. But you never know.

Currently at 8:00 mph and need to be at 9.4 to do it. and looking back when I'm on a good improvement it goes up by 0.1 mph a week so not quite going to get there in 10 weeks.

Nevermind, the aim is to get my handicap under 10 so if I can punch a series of sub 22's get my mile and 10k pbs then it should be a cinch.
