got massively hot mile 3 slowed me right down. legs strong and could have easily gone faster, breathing/hr was the limiting factor. however, I'm delighted with the run. especially considering I got within 30 seconds of my pb and I've only been back doing aerobic work for a couple of weeks. so. masses more aerobic conditioning, and lose some weight and I'll be on track to go sub 20 before the end of the year.
