very heavy 160.4. Legs still showing the recent 'weakness' or could have done better I'm sure. Pacing was much better this time, just couldn't keep the power in the last 200m.

Have another chance at the City of London Mile in June.

Hopefully lose a couple of lbs between then and now.

Official time has come in now 6:12 - not sure about that one. but I'll take it.
