A marked improvement in pace.
possible causes?
something is wrong! (ick)
what I'm doing is working
straw breathing (unlikely as only been doing it 2 days)
crunches (been doing a week, unlikely also)
maf breathing drills (hm dont think it made much of a difference saturday, but then it was hot)
but it was much more fun to go faster.
