just over 1 min down on last year. so lost sharpness past 2 weeks and also not back to where I was July. had pretty bad stitches miles 3,4 and 5 but nevertheless the best I could have done despite this would have been to match last years time (37:20). so, considering lack of sharpness et al I'm not too dissappointed also, it's 3 minutes faster than Brighton (50:52) and progress is progress.
