Notes

Accidentally did hills today. This was when I was late to practice. Besides the tempo part I did 5 hills. Annoyed that I accidentally did this the hills but the workout was beneficial. Also was somewhat windy so the hills made me stronger. Did p90 routine with everyone and ended up feeling good.
