this workout went really well. did these consistently with avik ryan connor ben henry. was sticking with the top of the group everytime and on the 4th and 5th led so overall this was a great workout. going to attempt to begin logging my sleep also after you talked about things that we need to take from the december 1 meeting and add 1 you haven't done yet.
