Notes

Tempo run workout. Started out pretty strong and then slowed down a little bit, but overall I'm happy with this. Watch says 5:48, 6:07, 6:15. Not sure I fully believe those paces but whatever. I can definitely feel the fatigue in my legs from the last month or so.
