Gorgeous run after Mass this morning. First run here in Florida. Temperature was beautiful, there was a bit of a breeze but it wasn't too bad. Berger and I went a little bit further than the rest of the group and we really started to pick up the pace. This might be the first time I've ever negative split every mile in a run of this length. 7:26, 7:20, 7:08, 7:07, 7:06, 6:44, 6:38, 6:33. Very happy with this run.
