Ran with Sarah for the first 5 miles; she went right to finsih with 8 and b/c of hamstring issues I went left to finish at 7.5 (thought the distance would be even less than 7.5, but what do I know). Hamstring was very sore. As I was finishing I noticed a sorenesss in my left knee too, not sure exactly what I did but it's probably related to my hamstring somehow. Wore sleevless shirt and shorts.
