Foot was taped and I was told to try and run 2 miles (about 19 laps). After 3 laps, foot was feeling ok pain-wise, but I had to take off my air splint, because the foot was feeling squeezed. From there, my foot felt good until about lap 13, then it began to hurt. I continued until lap 16, then was forced to do a run/walk to reach lap 19. The rest of Monday and into Tuesday, my foot felt like it was on fire.
