Ran with Dave Nelson...or rather I started out with him! Felt good, leg wasn't bothering me too much. A fun race and since it is the first annual, I think it will just continue to get better. I finished second in my age group...still waiting to see how many were in it, but I do know that there were at least three! The strain of running through the mud and water showed yesterday, when as the day wore on my ability to walk became less and less easy...today I can not walk without a lot of pain...sheesh! The groin muscles on both legs are extremely sore...I see a day of couch and remote for me!
