Tights/LS/quarterZip/hat/Gloves. A little overdressed. Unzipped after 1 mile. Removed gloves after ~5 miles. A little lower back pain in middle miles. Lots of aches (quads, hips, calves, ankles, feet). R toe and ball of foot got sore mile 9. In general, aerobic fitness was OK, but I was glad when the run was done. lots of fatigue. RPE=4 for 1st 8 miles, 6 for last 4 miles.
