Notes

Shorts/LS/quarter-zip/hat. Wore gloves during warm-up, but got too warm very quickly and put them in my pocket. Worked hard on the hills, but faded on the last 2 repeats. Slower pace came as much from slowing on the downhill as it did from slowing on the uphill.
