Notes
UA tights/coldgear/quarter zip/Brooks jacket/ hat/gloves mittens. Warmed up on mile 2 and core was good. Hands still cold the whole way (pulled fingers inside gloves). R heel sore for 1st mile. Hamstrings and glutes were tight when I started the faster run. Hard to get going at HM pace. Working hard on the 2nd mile and most of the run was downhill. Still need to work on pace.
