Banged my toe on a step at the BBall game last night. Pretty sore, but wanted to see how it felt out on the run. First quarter mile was pretty sore, but at mile 1 I was feeling much smoother. However, by 1.5, I was changing gait, and my R foot was coming in and hitting my L ankle. I decided to cut the run short at 1 loop and go ice. :(.
