Tights/LS/QuarterZip/Hat/UA gloves. Gloves felt cold at teh beginning and too warm at the end. A little slippery (sleeting). Toe felt good the whole way - a little tender but not bad. I had to focus on running on the center of the fore foot on the R side. I could feel muscles and tendons in my feet getting sore, so I kept it at 3 miles for a 1st run. A little L knee pain and lower back pain. I think I'm just out of shape. Aerobically everything was good - not challenging those systems yet.
