Notes

Tights/cold gear shirt/quarter zip/hat/gloves. A little cold but not bad. Tried to do an interval workout, but was slipping and sliding during the strides, so I finished with a longer easy run. No pain in R ankle. Left ankle was pretty good. Some pain on the outside above the bump about mid way through.
