11x 2 on 90 off. Felt pretty good. Averaged about 5:15-5:25 on the roads. Had one rep up that hill at the end of Miller when you take that left and pass patriot place which was around 5:35 pace so I felt like that was a respectable hill compared to how they used to be.
In other news I'm spending the next 10 days at work trying to get fired because they decided to completely dick me and give me short shifts every day next week. Working 13 out of the last 14 days I'm there which is some BS but I'm not gonna quit because I'll just steal more meat and try to lose them money while I'm there. If anyone in Troy wants free meat or cheese, let me know
