Notes

Over 5 hurdles a lap. Hurdles on straightaways felt ok, need more work on the slight turn ones. Have to work more on timing the jumps each hurdle. Height feels fine when it didn't last year so that's good. Other than that, hip strength feels good and I feel a lot better about soreness during the race than I did last year probably because I'm used to running more now.
