MLR. Ran to ketcham, lake run and came home with some add ons at the end. Pretty sure that the lake is a lot shorter than we used to think because it's 5 miles to ketcham and the lake was supposed to be a 5k from the high school but I did a loop around the school and had to add on like 10 minutes near home so thats interesting and I will have to update further
