Notes

Couldn't log all 4000 reps of 1ks we had today so I just chose 4 of them.

Felt pretty good for a solo morning workout, probably the first decent one I've had since being here. Miss the gang from last week though.

Was able to get a nice extended cool down of 16 minutes in instead of the normal and lame 15 minutes.
