6 miles of 1 min on/1:30 regular: 7:16, 7:08, 7:08, 7:07, 7:10, 7:17 (was running around 6:40-6:30 for the 1 min and 7:40 for regular)
2 miles easy 8:03, 8:09
1 mile hard 6:27
1 mile easy 8:22
felt okay - not great but not bad. the 6 miles were tough because i feel like the change of pace really wears on you - it did go by pretty quick tho. I was a little sore after it today. I was also surprised with the mile hard - I felt bad going into it.
