Notes

warmup and then 2x200m 2x1k 2x200m 2x1k, the 200s were between 40-41 and the 1ks were 3:45, 3:49, 3:45, 3:45. 1 min rest between everything and then 18 min cool down. It felt good... a little hard but nothing too bad. I was able to hit the times and felt mostly relaxed.
