10 regular (7:55 pace) and then 5 at marathon pace. went way too fast and ran 7:12, 7:13, 7:07, 7:05, 7:02 and then 1 mile easy cool down back home. I felt ok.. legs felt tired early into the last 5 but after I got used to the change in pace, it wasnt that bad. my hip was bothering me but it was not debilitating. I have massage tomorrow
