I ran 7:19, 7:12, 7:33, 7:15, 7:40, 7:08, 7:15, 7:39, 7:16, 7:51, 7:11, 7:19, 7:50, 7:22 average pace for 14.5 miles for the workout was 7:25
1 mile warmup and 0.5 mile cool down . I felt okay for 4 sets but the last two sets were really hard - i felt massively dehydrated
