Notes

I intentionally was not looking at my watch but the pace was kind of quick - the first mile was like 8:15 and the rest of the miles were around 7:20 or 7:30 so it was a pretty quality run.

I did n't feel that bad but my stomach was a little weird and my legs were tired at the end.

I did the leg pr strength routine
