Notes

20 min warmup and then I ran the 5k, the goal was to only "race" from 8-12 minutes and 16 min-end. It went well, I went out in 6:10 (first mile is downhill mainly) felt really comfortable... ran mile 2 in 6:19 and mile 3 (not a full mile ) at 6:15 pace. I made my second move just before the hills at the end and passed the first place woman and won the race. The course was short (2.92 miles) so my time was 18:16, but converted to 5k it was a 19:26...6:15 pace. I thought it was really good for a workout, not fully racing. After the race did 5 10second hill sprints and cool down
