Rocky Balboa run in philly.. started at 7:15am and it was SO COLD, felt like 13 degrees. Warmed up 15 min I guess, I did not even time it. Race went really well despite the cold, ran 18:49. I did not know any of time splits, got 2nd female overall. I just jogged to the car as the cool down. I was happy with it and glad this season ended on a good note. Definitely a lot of positives to take away. It took a while to learn how to hurt again after the marathon, the 5k is just a wild type of pain.. I am going to miss it.
