Notes

track series tonight. warmup 13 min, did 100m, 3000m (12:20.. 6:30 pace), mile (easy), 1200m (moderate) and 400m in 73. 13 min cool down. It was hot but once the sun went down it was ok. the 3k felt ok - went out so fast.. way faster than planned so had to try and settle in.. was supposed to be moderate but felt a little harder than that.
