Notes

2 miles easy warmup and then 15 x 30 sec fast, 2:30 moderate. the 30 sec were around 6:20, the 2:30 was around 7-7:15 pace. I averaged about 6:52 pace for the entirety of the workout (6.5 miles). i felt really good on this
