x factor workout. it went really well. 3 sets of 6 sprints with a long rest and 1.5 miles moderate. The moderates were around 7:15 pace for the first, then 7-6:50 for the second two. The quick parts were around 5:20 pace. It was hard but I felt good the whole way.
