Notes

3 miles easy and then 2 sets of descending quarters with the rest out to 2:30 and 2.5 min between sets. 95,90,85,80..hit the times.. was 1 second fast on the second set. It was ok but the 80s hurt a little. Really tired after.. did some leg stuff.
