Notes

the usual hills and drills. did not feel great. Averaged 5:50 pace for the 2:30 after each drill sequence. hills I did 2 1 minute hills and a 35 second faster one 3 times, for a total of 9 hills. I made it to the 25mph sign at the top of the hill for the 1 minutes.
