Notes

2.5 mile warmup and then 3 x 15 min marathon pace down to half marathon pace. 1 min jog in between. I feel like I started too quick and but tried to do 7:25-6:40. the first two were okay but the last one I had a hard time getting down to 6:40 and staying there. legs felt kind of dead. 1.5 mile cool down.
