Notes

2 mile warmup and then 10 min @6:53 pace, 90 seconds rest and then 4x400m in 88-90 with 1 min rest, then back to 10 min @6:50ish pace 90 sec rest 4x400m 88-89 w/ 1 min rest and then another 10 min at 6:50 pace and then cooldown. this workout felt harder than I thoguht it would. It was definitely warm out and that could have had an impact but I think it was just that I was expecting it to feel easier and I was probably still feeling the 5 man relay a bit. It went well and I hit the times but I jsut started to feel really tired on the last 10 min part.
