1 mile easy and then 1 hour progression from like 7:45 down to 6:52. first 15 min were around 7:40 and then the next 4 miles or so were around 7:20 and then two miles 6:50ish. the progression was 8.3 miles at 7:16 pace. 1 mile cool down and then the leg treatment
