2 miles warmup, 10x800 (Yasso 800s)...goal time was 3:10-3:15 with a 1 lap jog recovery. ran them in 3:10 average.

3:11 and the a 15 min cool down. it felt pretty good....a little nauseated at the end because i had coffee in the afternoon before doing this. it was very windy out this day.
