Notes

12 min warmup, then 1000m @ 3:56, 1 mile in 6:56, 800 in 3:08, mile in 6:54, 600 in 2:18, mile in 6:50, 400 in 81. 10 min cool down. I felt pretty good during the workout.. . it was hot.. like 90 degrees. I felt best on the mile moderates.... I felt awful by the 400. I would say it went well. I had a massive headache after and trouble sleeping but it was an evening workout so I guess that is why... plus dehydration.
