eh... this wasn't really a race but i feel like I should call it that based on the effort. i did the 5k at the STS and did 200 on 200 off and it was just fast and felt very race like at the end. 200 ons were like 44-46, the 200 offs were like 49-50. the last 200 was in 40. it was also like 86 degrees out. I ran 1947
