Notes

first marathon type workout. 1 mile warmup 2 miles @ mp 0.5 at easier pace (moderate, 7:50) x 4. Ran around 7:25 for the marathon pace and 7:50-8 for the easier parts.. it felt fine pacewise. Hip was hurting a little during it but did not hurt that bad after i stretched
