Started my run just like normal heading down Monroe. When I reached the corner of Monroe and Illinois there was a person standing there on the sidewalk just outside of the Martin's house. I wasn't sure if it was a guy or a girl. They had long dark hair their head was bowed a little so their hair hid their face. No bag or anything, just standing there on the corner hands clasped in front. Didn't think it was a big deal, probably just someone waiting for a ride. About 15 minutes later when I finished my run and came back to that same spot though, they were still there. Standing in the exact same position, hands still clasped in front. Weirded me out a bit. Also, legs were a bit stiff.
