FIRST RUN OUTSIDE, CAN YOU BELIEVE IT????? Started ok with following 180 bpm podcast but MP3 decided to stop working (old one). Finished on my own pace slow and Wind was fairly cold, my lungs did not particularly enjoy that part but I did, it was OK!! AND IT WAS OUTSIDE!!!!
