This was an out & back tempo run. I wasn't quite as fast and HR didn't get quite as high as last time. These shoes are still making that odd slap on landing, though it goes away when I add some spring to my step. Tightening my glutes and hamstrings just before the foot lands helps with the loading/unloading of the springs and makes the shoe landing more quiet.
