This was warm up and cool down jogs and a 4x90m strides workout. I was only planning on doing three. But, the effort level didn't seem to be high enough. So, I added a fourth. I guess it was sufficient, though, as the data shows a max 228 cadence and a 4:50m/m pace, which is my fastest yet. HR was a bit higher, though.
