My HR was slightly up and my HRV score was slightly down again this morning. I'm fighting off something internally. But, I wanted to do at least a couple of miles. Then, I pushed it a little. I'll finish two here and then head home. As I get in the driveway, the Garmin read 2.96. Hmmm. Almost 5K. I'll just add on that cul-de-sac. I wore my Luna ATS sandals with Injinji socks. My feet started off a bit cold, but warmed after a while. I tried to keep the cadence up, but as my HR rose over time, my pace and cadence slowly dropped. HR topped at just a little outside of my target range. It was a better run than I had expected when I started.
